I am Matt Jenkins, Founder Of Physical Blueprint, I got into fitness through my love of sport and was always interested by how athletes improved their performance in a gym, as well as in their sporting environment. I always train my clients in a similar way, no matter what their goal, by making sure they train in a functional way to suit both their sport or hobby, as well as their lifestyle.
When you train with Physical Blueprint, I will educate and help you to understand how your body works and how you can fuel it efficiently. With a balanced and enjoyable diet, you won’t have to cut anything out and by exposing yourself to structured functional training, we’ll create a lifestyle you can maintain forever.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Having worked in the fitness industry since 2008, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with over 100 personal training clients and thousands of other gym members. This has taught me that although everyone is unique, the principles of training and biomechanics remain the same. This has allowed me to apply the fundamentals of fitness to train all of my clients no matter what their goal.
More recently, I’ve been able to pass on my knowledge and experience to help mentor other personal trainers and class instructors, delivering education and training courses all over the UK, Europe and in the UAE.
