Hi I’m Sarah, I have worked in the world of fitness for 9 years now. I‘ve always enjoyed physical activity and it’s a big part of my life. Now specialising in Pilates I teach a variety of classes both online and face to face. I strongly believe that adding Pilates into any fitness regime will greatly improve your posture, mobility, strength, body awareness and ultimately help you to achieve your fitness goals.
As well as being a certified Pilates Instructor, I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, sports massage therapist and GP referral practitioner. I have a wide range of experience in these areas and hope to continue learning each and every day as I meet and work with new clients.
